I lead design teams in various project ranging from Accessible AI, Wellness Mobile App, and Pre-Sales App. I develop design strategies and co-working methodologies to guide my team through the design process, mentoring in research, design, testing, and prototyping.
Retail Wellness & Health App
Virtual Makeup & Accessible AI -
I designed a flagship product that would serve as a “one-stop-shop” that includes functionalities of five existing systems. This newly designed system would have to be customizable to meet the nuanced requirements of over 350 agencies.
I led and owned multiple key features to build out an impressive enterprise system that revolutionizes the way employees are screened and monitored for security risk. I work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs through research, design, and testing. Despite highly constraining customer, business, and technical requirements, I designed over 400+ wireframes that brought value and the best possible UX to customers.
Employee Security Risk Application -
I redesigned Azavar’s flagship product which aims to help local governments recover lost revenue. I worked closely with the development team to problem-solve and ideate viable solutions to incorporate a complex form-creation process.

I led a small team of UX researchers to identify process gaps and provided insights and recommendations to increase productivity and reduce human errors.

I transformed a tedious manual process into a digital experience, taking into account the needs of hands on mechanics working around heavy machinery.

I redesigned Citybase’s payment kiosks for low-literacy populations, drastically decreased time on task and generated over $9 million in transaction revenue in the first year.
